Loved how beautiful little and peaceful the property was. Its location was wonderful, short walk to the ocean as well as a great island. Furthermore, near to the sea side & fishing villages. We had slices of fresh bread, eggs, and meats in the morning.

The hotel is located next to a serene garden and in a peaceful area just a 10-minute drive from Elephant trunk.

The location of this hotel is perfect - it's in a quiet spot that's super close to the bus stop, surrounded by nature. the breakfast they serve is amazing, with delicious homemade jams. Plus, the staff here are top-notch! 😊❤

I had a fantastic stay at Quinta Das Hortencias. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was always warm. the staff were extremely friendly, making me feel right at home. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade jams and fresh bread. I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and taking in the gorgeous view.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the sparkling sea and majestic mountains, making for the perfect backdrop. As a nature-loving family, it truly made us feel connected to the beautiful surroundings.

Personally, we found the flat-screen TV in our triple room a bit small for our liking. However, others may still enjoy it, so it's purely a matter of personal preference.

I loved the spacious apartments with their well-equipped kitchens. It was great to have the option to cook our own meals. the location was also fantastic, being in the north-center of the island and very quiet. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful views from our balcony.

The beds were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast was below average, with limited options and not very appetizing choices.

The bathroom is clean and modern, providing all necessary conveniences. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, with homemade jams and fresh bread. The hotel is surrounded by nature, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The only downside is that the exterior of the building and grounds could use a bit more cosmetic finishing to enhance its overall appearance.

The place exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for island exploration. Beautiful building, comfortable rooms, and clean bathrooms. Friendly owners and good breakfast. Highly recommend for visiting Sao Miguel. A great choice for families with kids.
